In the ArctikSEO agency, we have specialized for over 10 years in Digital Marketing. We have offices in the USA, Iceland and Spain, and today among our clients are companies from sectors such as International Cooperation, hotel chains, travel agencies and retail. Our team consists of colleagues specialized in SEO & Copywriting, SEM & Online Advertising, as well as Web Analytics. Would you like to become an international SEO agency?

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate to lead the company’s strategy with project management and team building skills. In this role you will focus on implementing the SEO strategy and increasing organic visibility from scratch for our agency’s clients. As well as creating partnerships with new clients and status meetings for existing projects. It is a fundamental role in our agency, for that reason we are looking for a person with more than 5 years of experience performing similar functions.

• Organize brainstormings with our SEO experts, for specific (groups of) clients, in order to assess whether all possibilities have been explored for these accounts.
• Identify SEO related tools, trends, news, … , which represent real opportunities to adapt our service lines. As Head Of SEO, test some of them with the help of our experts in order to evaluate their medium and long term potential.
• To develop and update, in collaboration with the teams, the methodologies and work processes related to SEO.
• Coordinate the inputs of the various internal contributors in order to carry out these projects.
• Coach and train SEO consultants to increase their technical expertise.
• Contribute to the development of content strategies (editorial strategy, content creation, semantic analysis, …).
• Contribute to the elaboration of strategies and commercial offers for high potential prospects or customers.
• To develop your expertise in digital marketing, and mainly in SEO by attending conferences or targeted trainings.
